USS Gravely, USS Ramage Assist Distressed Persons at Sea

 

At the request of the Greek government, USS Gravely (DDG 107) and USS Ramage (DDG 61) are making best speed in an effort to render assistance to distressed persons at sea in the central Mediterranean.

 

Gravely was just over 75 nautical miles away, and Ramage 200 nautical miles, when tasked to provide assistance.
