Commodore Nick Cooke-Priest resigns from Navy after being removed from command of HMS Queen Elizabeth

The Royal Navy officer removed from command of HMS Queen Elizabeth after being accused of misusing the ship’s car has resigned, The Telegraph understands. 

Commodore Nick Cooke-Priest was stripped of his command of the fleet’s newest aircraft carrier in May over a claim that he treated the Ford Galaxy “like it was his own”.
