“Head” Class Escort Maintenance Ship “HMS Berry Head”, 8,580 tons, launched 1944, completed 1945. She was a member of several classes of a common wartime design and classed as “Victory” depot and maintenance ships with sub-classes for specialised repair ships for different types of warships.
