The NZ Division, of the Royal Navy. – HMS Leith was a Grimsby-class sloop of the Royal Navy that served in the Second World War

Leith was ordered on 1 November 1932 under the 1931 Programme. She was laid down at Devonport Dockyard on 6 February 1933, launched on 9 September 1933 and commissioned on 10 July 1934.
