HMNZS Royalist berthed at Mount Maunganui Wharf, 1960. Royalist was a Bellona or improved Dido class cruiser loaned to the Royal New Zealand Navy between 1956 and 1966.

HMNZS Canterbury F-421 off Vancouver Island, Summer 1984 Taken on Kodak Ektachrome and scanned by an Epson V550. The photograph was taken from the flag deck of HMCS Mackenzie DDE-261, in July 1984. The date taken is approximate. Location was on the west coast of Vancouver Island, in the vicinity of Barclay Sound. HMNZS Canterbury F421 was one of two broad beam Leander-class frigates operated by the Royal New Zealand Navy (RNZN) from 1971 to 2005.
